Pull-Apart Pesto Cheesy Bread

Preheat the oven to 350˚F. Lay the Sola bread loaf on a baking sheet, keeping the slices close together as they were in the original loaf.

Gently spread the slices apart, being careful not to separate them entirely. Spread pesto between each slice, ensuring all slices are coated.

Stuff shredded mozzarella cheese and cooked ham between the slices. You can alternate layers for even distribution of cheese and ham or put a little of both in each layer.

Spray a piece of foil with nonstick cooking spray and loosely wrap it around the loaf, leaving a small opening at the top for ventilation. Bake until the cheese is melted and the ham is heated through, about 20-25 minutes.

Remove the foil. Turn the oven to broil and broil for 1-2 minutes, just until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown.

Top with parsley and enjoy this savory, low-carb, cheesy, pesto and ham-filled treat!
