Low-Carb Brie Bites

This quick and easy appetizer will be a crowd-pleaser at your next party or family gathering.


  • 4 Sola Golden Wheat Hot Dog Buns
  • 1 wheel (8oz) of Double Cream Brie Cheese
  • 1 cup of Sugar Free Cranberry Sauce
  • 1/2 cup of Grass Fed Butter
  • 2 Sprigs of Rosemary


  1. Preheat the broiler.
  2. Slice the Sola Golden Wheat Hot Dog Buns into fourths into 8 slices. Then place the slices right side up on a small baking tray.
  3. Cut the Brie into ½ inch thick strips. If you prefer, you can trim off the rind.
  4. Spread room temperature butter on the top of each of the bread slice.
  5. Place 2 strips of cheese on each bread slice.
  6. Place the tray under the broiler and cook until the cheese is melted. If the rind doesn’t deflate, you can press it down with an offset spatula.
  7. Let the toast cool slightly then top each slice with one to two tablespoons of Sugar Free Cranberry Sauce and a few leaves of rosemary.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
