Quick & Easy Egg Salad Sandwich
Created with simplicity in mind, this sandwich features a creamy, savory egg salad tucked between two slices of our mouthwatering Sola bread.

- Add eggs to a pot of water and boil for 12 min. Then, transfer eggs into a bowl with ice water and let sit for 5 min.
- Next, peel and cut the eggs in half and add them to a medium sized bowl.
- Add to the bowl with eggs the mayo, mustard, vinegar, paprika, salt and pepper. Take a fork and mix together making sure to chop up the eggs to the desired consistency.
- Take your Sola bread and add the butter, lettuce, and egg salad. Top with fresh chopped chives and a sprinkle of more paprika. Enjoy!
