No-Bake Fluffy Chocolate Almond Butter Pie

A nutty sweet filling combined with a crunchy granola crust to create a symphony of rich flavors that await in every bite.



  • 2 tbs grass fed unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 ½ cups of Sola Double Chocolate Granola


  • 1 (8 oz) Package of Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1(8oz) carton of frozen sugar free whipped topping/cool whip, thawed
  • 1 cup of Unsweetened Almond Butter
  • 1 cup of Powdered Sugar free sweetener of choice
  • 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract


  • 1 tbs Cacao Powder
  • ¼ cup of Slices Almonds


  1. In a food processor or bowl combine your butter and Sola granola. Mix well and press into a 9” pie dish creating a solid crust. Chill in the fridge while you make the filling.
  2. With a stand or hand mixer combine the whipped cream, cream cheese, almond butter, vanilla, and sugar and blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. Pour into your crust and refrigerate for about 2-3 hours.
  3. For the topping, combined your cocoa powder and slivered almonds until coated and sprinkle on top. Cut and enjoy immediately or store in fridge for 3-5 days.
