Cheesy Garlic & Pesto Chicken Sliders
These Cheesy Garlic & Pesto Chicken Sliders are rich, melty, and completely irresistible. Mix tender chicken with pesto, then pile it onto savory rolls with layers of brie, mozzarella, and sharp cheddar. Bake until golden and gooey—this one’s a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.

Preheat the oven to 350F.
Cut the Sola Savory and Buttery rolls horizontally. Lay the bottoms in a baking dish. Layer the 3 cheeses on the rolls in any order you like.
Shred the rotisserie chicken with a fork and place into a mixing bowl. Add the pesto and a good grind of black pepper and salt to taste, spread the chicken mixture over the layered cheese.
Place the tops back on the rolls and cut through the sandwiches between each roll.
Cover the rolls with a layer of baking parchment and then aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes, remove the foil and baking parchment for the last 5 minutes of baking.
While the sandwiches bake, make the garlic butter glaze by placing the butter and the finely chopped garlic into a saucepan, heat on a medium low heat for 5 minutes until the garlic has softened and aromatic.
Once the sandwiches are done, brush them with the garlic butter, and garnish with the chopped parsley, parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaves, Serve immediately.
