Sola's bread makes an excellent base for this quick and easy low carb pizza toast recipe. Simply add your favorite toppings and bake for five minutes in the oven.
- Preheat the oven to 450F/220C.
- Lightly toast the Sola bread in your toaster.
- Place the bread slice onto a baking sheet and spread the pizza sauce on top. Sprinkle the cheese, oregano, and pepperoni slices on top.
- Place into the oven and bake for 5-8 minutes until golden and bubbling.
- Serve immediately. Add a side salad to make a meal!
