I try to follow a keto diet as much as possible. Sola Deliciously Seeded bread is by far my favorite of the low carbohydrate Sola brand breads. It is my go-to bread for the sandwiches I eat. The bread tastes great plain or toasted, is low in calories and carbohydrates. I have not found a low carbohydrate bread I like better. I plan to keep buying it.
