United StatesI recently prediabetic and was looking for ways to cut carbs, these are extremely soft and delish ish though I would not call them a bagel they to me are more like a roll so eating them with cream cheese doesn’t fell the same as a bagel. I have been enjoying them as a breakfast sandwich instead .
