I realize there are lots of people that can seem to eat Keto but guess I’m not one of them. Guess it’s missing texture or something. Was allot better toasted but the is still a funny taste. Their plain bread was the best but still not acceptable to me. I really would prefer to eat 45 calorie bread and eat a chaffle. Sorry.

I am a long-time fan of Sola Products and have purchased almost all of the products at one time or another, including the cookbook! So it’s difficult to choose one item. But the standout for me is the plain bagels. There is just no comparison to any other low carb bagel - and I’ve probably tried most of them! My fave topping? Lox and cream cheese of course, with capers on top! All the taste and so few of the carbs!
